At Moulins Lauzes our approach to production is sustainable. Our mills are designed to be durable and fully repairable. We use locally sourced materials like the granite stone we use which is extracted from Sidobre. In our workshop we use electricity provided by a green electricty supplier (Enercoop) and we minimize transportation as much as possible.
As a company Moulins Lauzes has chosen to follow a strict environmental approach to production and carried out a carbon footprint audit. By implementing all the measures suggested in the audit it has been possible to lessen the environmental impact of the mills in all phases of production and use particularly in relation to the consumption of green energy and suitable treatment of mill waste.
